I am dusting my blog off this week. I have lots of big ideas and plans swirling around in my head these days and its time once again to share. This post is long overdue. I had the best time shooting this session last fall with the awesome and talented, Stephanie Newbold, of Stephanie Newbold Photography. There are few things that provide more fun than planning out a session with a friend and fellow photographer. I felt so fortunate to have come across our model, Christina, who was a complete joy to photograph. Following are a few of my favs from our shoot.

I was very lucky to have the opportunity to photograph Rebecca this summer while home in Maine. My talented friend Kate — of Kate Crabtree Photography — and I decided at the last minute to put together a styled session so that we could shoot along side one another. I knew that I wanted to photograph Rebecca from the moment I saw her picture. With a warm smile and pixy style hair, she is a cross between Liv Tyler and Anne Hathaway. Kate and I about fell over ourselves photographing Rebecca. She was an absolute natural in front of the camera. I couldn’t have asked for a better end to my summer in Maine.
